PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia (TGI) was established in 2002 as a joint venture between PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk, PT Medco LNG Indonesia and the PGN Employee Welfare and Retirement Foundation (YKPP PGN) with a proportion of shares of 59.87%, 40% and 0.13% respectively.
As the owner and operator of natural gas pipelines in Indonesia with a total pipeline network of more than 1,000 km, TGI runs a business with a focus on natural gas transportation for the domestic market, namely Sumatra and Batam, as well as for international markets, such as Singapore.
TGI has proven a strong reputation through reliable services in the business journey for 2 decades. TGI's experience is supported by human resource assets with world-class capabilities and professionalism, which drive TGI to improve its performance from year to year.

Blue gaseous flames that form the letters T, G and I have a dynamic, innovative meaning as well as a pure core of fire that never goes out.
The green circle can be interpreted as a globe whose environment is maintained and is a form of concern and commitment to preserve a clean environment by channeling environmentally friendly energy with a reliable pipeline transportation system.
Transgasindo can also be mentioned by its abbreviation TGI, with no difference between the two names.
